Unfortunately not all our global suppliers provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our orders. In the very rare occurrence that your package does not arrive within the allotted time or is lost in transit, simply email us at info@topgolfgoodies.com and we'll make sure you're taken care of 100%. 

Because we ship some of the products directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive for U.S orders and 3-8 weeks for international orders. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :). Products may also be shipped separately to get to you faster. We assure 100% satisfaction on all orders!

We stand behind our products and service 100% and we strive to answer any message sent to us within 24 hours (usually sooner). So if you have any questions before or after ordering feel free to contact us via our support email info@topgolfgoodies.com or use our contact page.

What does being processed mean?

Top Golf Goodies received your order and is printing / quality checking and/or preparing your order for shipment. You will receive an email shortly with a confirmation. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately between 2-7 business days. 

I placed and order but didn’t receive a confirmation email... what’s going on?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

I just ordered a product. When will it arrive?

Shipping varies depending on the product. Each item's estimated shipping time is stated in the shipping section. In general, smaller items should arrive at your address in 7-10 days (for U.S Customers) and several weeks for International Customers. Other products may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery for U.S based orders and 3-8 weeks for international orders. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. I accidentally messed up my shipping address, what should I do?

If this happens to you, please email or messenger chat us as soon as you can. Once an order has been shipped out, we cannot change the shipping address or order details. However, if your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try our best to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use. Please send us a message and let us know about your specific situation. We'll do our best to help you out.

I want to cancel my order?

We really hope you never feel the need to cancel an order but circumstances dictate that you need to cancel this can be done within 24 hours of placing them. Once it's been processed we cannot cancel the order anymore, however please be assured that we would still try our best to make it right for you. Send us a message.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and refunds on most of our products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please refer to our refund policy for complete details (see link on home page).

Do you deliver products internationally?

Top Golf Goodies successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe however the bulk of our customers are in the US, UK and Europe, Australia and South East Asia. If you experience any problems at checkout this may mean we have yet to enable your country for checkout – please contact us and we check that your country is covered.
